There are currently 3 ways to view the Home/Bath Safety products you may be eligible to order, which are listed below. Note that available products may be updated from year to year, and certain products may only be eligible for select UPMC Plans.
If you have questions about what products you are eligible for, please reach out to your UPMC Health Care Concierge team at the phone number on the back of your UPMC member ID Card.
MedCare Home Safety Portal
Products for both the Home Safety & Bath Safety programs can be viewed on the MedCare portal below under the Products tab. This includes multiple pictures of each product, their specifications, and a short description. The current availability status of the product is also found on this portal, indicating whether it is in stock, or on backorder.
